I just finished 45 minutes on the treadmill. Off to another good start on Monday! :)

What did you do today? Post it after you've done it!

Oh, I'm so glad you didn't ask over the weekend, since I didn't exercise at all!!

But TODAY, I did 6am Spin, and Stacked and Pumped at noon.

Yoga, but only 20 minutes. Lookes like tomorrow won't be any better--I have an 8 am conference call. And Wednesday I'm on the road.
Darnit--the workout planets aren't aligned for me this week.

I didn't do much over the weekend either! Some days I do more than others, but even 20 minutes of Yoga is something good for your body. I say, take credit for anything you do! Way to go Terri and Tracy! :)

P.S. Terri, how often do you teach classes? What all do you teach?

Hello! Great job everyone! Can I join this thread :) I need some motivation. I've had trouble getting into a regular exercise routine since my son was born a year ago! And now I'm carrying about 5 extra lbs and scared that number is going to jump with the holidays right around the corner.

About 2 weeks ago I started running in the mornings before "the guys" are up - & so far it's going well. I did about 45 minutes today. Yay!!

Kermit- I'm in the same boat you're in, so I'm also jumping in on the thread. I've been doing a lot of brisk walking with the jogging stroller the past few months, but decided I needed to do more, especially with the cold months ahead of us.

I bought a beginners Pilates tape and tried it out last night. It felt great to work muscles that haven't been worked in awhile. I need a resistance band, though, so will pick one up tomorrow. I just walked a couple miles today and will do the Pilates tape again tomorrow.
