I have the CL "5 Star", "Complete" and "5 Ingredient, 15 Minute" cookbooks. I LOVE THEM ALL! I do NOT have "The Lazy Gourmet" (I solicited opinions here about that book a while ago, and most of you told me not to bother!) Well, now I am wondering if any of you have the "Low Fat, Low Calorie" cookbook? (published 1998) Do you love it? Do you recommend it, or not? Do I NEED it?!!! I can't remember ever reading anything about it here?! So, please let me know! I trust and value your opinions!
