I have a bunch of frozen raspberries & need a QUICK dessert for a party on Thursday.
If I mix up some brownies & add the berries, will it bake okay, like muffins do, or will the chemistry be messed up?
TIA!

I would think that the taste of the berry would kinda be lost in the brownie. A better alternative IMHO ( :o ) is to do the brownies as written and then puree the rasberries with a squeeze of lemon juice and some confectioner's sugar to make like a coulis or sauce to go over or under the brownie.
YUM :D

i'd also strain the puree before adding the sugar, etc to make the coulis.
i didn't once and ended up with a very crunchy sauce.
