ChicagoAmy posted this title as a thread where she was looking for out of the ordinary brownie recipes, but when I read the title my mouth was salvatating thinking it was going to be a recipe that combined Not Your Momma's banana pudding and brownies. I was thinking specifically of a chocolate brownie recipe with banana pudding puddles running through it.

Do you think it is possible without the banana pudding all running into the chocolate brownie, maybe if they were put on top like the marshmallow creme, or would it not work with direct heat on top of the pudding?

Hmmmmm it sure sounds good to me but do you think it is at all possible?

Thanks

Terri

I don't know if what you're thinking is possible but when I read the beginning of your post I thought about using brownies in the bottom layer of Not your Momma's Banana pudding! It might be just too much bliss.

OK, back to your idea. Have you ever made brownies with a cream cheese swirl? I haven't but I'm thinking you could combine banana, cream cheese, and maybe sweetened condensed milk and swirl that through a pan of brownies.

Mmmmmmm. I'm supposed to be working on Thanksgiving recipes, not brownies!!!

New tricks that is a great idea having a layer of it in the centre. Maybe I should bake 3/4 of it and then pour the pudding over it and top with globs of the remaining brownie.

Hope you enjoy your thanksgiving dessert.
