It's from the Fall 2004 EW. I'm debating b/w this and the Linguine with Shrimp and Sun-Dried Tomatoes for dinner tonight. I love mushrooms but sometimes mushroom/pasta dishes are lacking something.

I made this one sometime last month. I believe I doubled the mushrooms and probably the garlic, if there was any garlic in the recipe. Can't quite remember! Anyway, I liked it. I do recall there is some lemon zest in the recipe, which I thought was a nice touch. I wouldn't say this is a "wow" recipe, but it's easy, simple and tasty.
