Aw, shucks, thanks for mentioning me! By the way, I think of you, too, since Sarah is at the top of my list of girl names for the baby (should the baby be a girl) and Emily is my beautiful auburn haired neice's name!

Susan- Good choice! Not only are you due on my birthday, but I love the name----but I'm biased, since Sara (w/o the "H")is my daughter's name!

Ditto to all! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Gosh, I'm so glad I've been such a positive influence -- I should take some of that "lighten up" advice myself! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Awwww shucks. It's nice to know you can make a little difference isn't it. This place has motivated me so much, I'm glad I could give something back.

We all know many things that we SHOULD be doing, but REMEMBERING to do them or just actually making the needed changes is another story altogether! Since I've started on this BB, I hear many of you throughout the day, even when my computer is turned off!! :O

For instance, when I get within 10 feet of a source of good drinking water, I hear BevP gently reminding me to stop have another glass! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

When I'm near Wal Mart or Sam's, I can hear LynnB DARING ME to shake up my exercise routine and to purchase a few Tae Bo videos! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Likewise, KValley encourages me not to dismiss yoga and NOT to forget that stretching and flexibility are tremendously important, right on up there with aerobics and strength training!

emilycat always challenges me to set exercise goals that are progressively more difficult, while also encouraging me to have FUN with it and "lighten up!"

MrsReber is there sharing the joy of each new health discovery - especially when trying new foods or dishes that turn out well! She has such a WONDERFUL capacity to rejoice in the new and unexpected!

I could go on and on! Thanks to EACH of you for your valuable contributions, and to ALL of you for making this journey into better health a lot more interesting and fun! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

Emilycat, I swear I saw you running through Dunwoody the other night!
