I recently purchased the BSS2 videos. I really enjoy them for the most part, but find that they are hard to follow since I don't know the moves. Has anyone else had a tough time learning the moves in these videos? Any helpful hints or suggestions?

What's the old saying...practice, practice, practice. Yes I had some difficulty picking up the moves but I also have been doing firm videos for almost 20 years:eek: So when you get frustrated remember I've been doing them forever and know what the names of the moves are and I still had some difficulty at first. Stick with it and you'll 'Getting down with the Fanny Lifter' in no time.
Stop by on the DVD/Video workout thread some time, lots of Firmies there.
One suggestion. When I don't know what the heck is going on I march in place and really watch for one repetition and then try again.
You'll get it:D ;)

Just wanted to say exactly what Engineer said! :) I am a devout Firmie and you will be doing the moves BEFORE they call them--just keep doing the tapes and you will get them down in no time--i promise! I just got the BSS3 and what a shocker to feel lost again after having all the other firm tapes down pat! And i did A TON of marching in place with the new BSS3 so that is def. a good piece of advice--and try not to get frustrated :) Have a good time "working it out on the fanny lifter"!
