Has anyone had experience with this stuff? I just bought a bottle and am playing around with it.

So far, it works extremely well. I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies, cut out a full half cup of butter and replaced it with Z-Trim. The cookies have a great texture and half the fat. I'm thinking it would work really well with ice cream recipes, but haven't been able to find many current recipes aside from what is on their web site.
