cranberry recipes

Anyone have any good cranberry recipes? I'm thinking about baked goods and/or jams, etc.

Hi, Klynn, and welcome to the BB!

There are lots of recipes posted using cranberries. I would suggest doing a search (click on the blue search box at the top right side of the page) and search "Titles only" (click on that in the lower left corner of the page). I tried it, and there were lots of threads reviewing everything from cranberry applesauce to cranberry/apple crisp as well as the cranberry breads/muffins. I think there was even one for a cranberry chutney.

I made some cranberry/pumpkin bars that were very good, although I think the recipe used dried cranberries. That one will show up with the search, too.

I love the mulled cranberry recipe that someone on the BB posted. Cranberries simmered in Merlot wine with crystallized ginger, etc. Yum!

Last week I made the Cranberry-Apple Crumble that was in this months issue. It was really good. I subsituted oj for cranberry juice (since i forgot to buy some!) and I liked the subtle orange flavor that it had.
