smaller cheesecake recipes

I got a set of 3 springform pans (8.5, 9.5 & 10 inch) for Christmas last year and am anxious to make some cheesecake for the holidays.

I used the Joy of Cooking recipe for my first ever cheesecake, but I would like to make cheesecake with the smaller pan.

Does anyone have recommendations for cookbooks or sources for smaller cheesecake recipes, or a foolproof way to cut down a standard recipe?

Most of the CL Cheesecake recipes call for an 8 or 9 inch pan. I think you could make any of them in the 8 inch pan. For that matter, I have found that most light cheesecake recipes call for an 8 or 9 inch pan. I guess they make them light by making the portions smaller.;)
