I cut this recipe out of a CL magazine and just got around to making it. I have to say, being a newcomer to cooking with recipes out of this magazine, I was skeptical..but this dish was nothing short of wonderful! My husband was impressed and it took so little time and preperation..CL, I am IMPRESSED!
