How to reduce measurements by a third?

Does anyone know a site where you can put in quanitites (tbs, cups, etc) and be told what 1/4 or 2/3 of the amount would be in normal measuring units? My mom used to have a cardboard wheel that did it, but there's got to be a web site somewhere! Thanks!
