Has anyone tried Pasta Salad With Shrimp, Peppers, and Olives? (April 2001)

Just wondered if anyone has made this and if so, how did they like it. Also did you make any changes or would you suggest any changes?

This looks awesome, but I am going to wait until it is a little warmer here in the Mid West.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was very good. The only change I made was adding 2 more tablespoons of lemon juice because I was afraid it would be too dry. I would call the salad "refreshing"... a perfect light dinner for a warm summer evening.
