Outlook Express problem- need help!

I can't figure out how to stop Outlook Express from automatically placing e-mail addresses from mail that I receive into my address book.

Under "Tools" I found an option that allows me to put people I reply to in the address book, but recently I received an e-mail that about 20 other people also received and they all were added to my address book!

Anyone know how I can make this go away???

What version are you using? I use regular MS Outlook w/Windows XP Professional. Look for Rules under the Tools section maybe? Somehow a rule might have been set up that would cause that. Have you tried the Help function? Maybe search on Address Book or incoming email? wish I could help more.....
