Review: Italian portobello sandwiches

I found this recipe on the finder. Yum. I love anything with mushrooms, so this is definitely a make again - and very quick to make. The only thing I would change is toasting the bread next time to make the cheese melt more.
The basil mayonnaise was also great, and I used dried basil!!
