Thanks, valchemist, for the awesome "search" tip!

I am the seemingly rare BBer who has good success with the search function here. Tonight I was looking for a recipe, though, and couldn't find it...until I remembered a tip Val recently posted: I had entered all my key words, tried a "search titles only"...and got nothing. Then, by Val's tip, I went back and selected "search posts" (as opposed to the default of "search threads"). Woo-hoo! It returned abstracts of all posts in which those words appear and I got to my recipe in about 4 seconds. Try it out, if you haven't already!

glad it worked well for you. I use that method often. I know others do, too, so it isn't exactly "my" search tip. LOL. but I know what you mean.

Yep, this is the way I always search. I don't think I ever return just the threads. I always choose to see the posts. It makes things way easier.:)
