I had a supper club meeting last night so I missed Desperate Housewives yesterday, I even had DBF run home to watch the episode for me, to find out he was flipping through the channels to find nothing on hmm....So if someone can please tell me what I missed, I'd gladly appreciate it, thanks!

I was of the understanding that it wasn't on last night, so I didn't tune in. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. If so, I missed it too.

It wasn't on. ABC aired a movie instead.

OH perfect!!!!!!! Woo-hoo, I'm thinking that "The 5 people you meet in Heaven" Movie must have been on instead?
I'll have to learn how to program the VCR next time just in case

Thanks for the info. I've only watched 2 episodes & was SURE it was on sunday night ( but not in the TV listings) so when I couldn't find it I wasn't sure why!

Mitch Albom (author of "Five People" and local radio host) apologized on his show last week for dis-placing Desperate Housewives :p

Are they still re-running Desperate Housewives on Saturday night? I missed the last one and would love to catch the re-run!

I swear I don't work for them, but you all need TIVO or some other DVR. You don't realize how good it is until you have it. :D

I just watched Sunday's episode last night. I have to TIVO it because it's on at 8pm here and I don't want the kids watching it. I don't think they are re-running it on other nights, or at least I haven't seen any promos for it.

I would get TIVO, but there's very little else on TV I would want to watch. Amazing Race, Desperate Housewives, that's about it.

I've been watching Desparate Housewives off and on. I admit it is a really well-written show (and uncomfortably close to real-life sometimes), but frankly, I don't know how the writers can sustain the plotlines without the show becoming a caricature of itself. So far, this season, someone has already been in a car accident, been killed, has a different real identity etc.

It didn't show where we were until close to midnight-because of the football game-uggh! I love how men can still get their football but we can't get our DH:mad:

Question-has anyone been reading about how companies are pulling out their advertising during the show? I heard about this one recently, and must admit - I'm pretty concerned.
