HELP cooking kamut

The info from WHole Foods give the water to grain ratio, but no cooking info???? Any ideas????

The directions in The Food Companion says this:

For 1 cup grain/3 cups liquid. Bring liquid to a boil add kamut, return to a boil for 2-3 minutes, then simmer, uncovered for 1 1/2-2 hours. Drain if necessary.

You're welcom. The Food Companion is from Williams-Sonoma, it's an A-Z Guide for Everyday Cooking. I got it at Sam's for about $15 and I use it daily. Sometimes when I don't have a novel to read I read it!
