ISO Turkey Sausage Recipe

Back in the fall of 87 or spring of 88 a recipe for a turkey sausage was published that used szechwan peppercorns. Many lears later I saw that the cover of that particular issue was voted one of the most UNappealing. However, that same issue had a recipe for Redfish Courtboullion that I still use today. If anyone out there remembers the issue, recipe, etc. I would greatly appreciate your help!!
