I made it on Saturday for Sunday. Mom was having Easter dinner early. I made it, at first i thought the crust was a little soggy so I decided to see if that would help. It became worse the rest of the cheesecake fell apart on me. I have learned the hard way is that leave it alone. Wait to it has completly coooled off. I was upset, However I decided to make the blueberry almond cake from last year. It turned out very good. I think next time i make it the cheesecake that is let it wait to cool down. The store rasberries were 3.00 a half pint. Hopefully during summer it will be cheaper. !
