Thanks to this board I was able to pick up a couple recipes that I had missed when they came out the first time around.
Over the weekend I tried the Chicken Florentine Casserole....YUMMMMMMMMMMMM. I added garlic when I wilted the spinach and cooked the chicken in small chunks. It was totally delicious and a definite repeater.
I also had the tiramisu anacapri last night with the lasagne. It was absolutely incredible. My only complaint was that it didn't "set" quite right. It never got really firm...but that didn't stop us from gobbling it down. Next time I will try to wait longer before doing the layers to see if the pudding sets.
