Need Cookbook Suggestion

My boss just bought a mountain/lake vacation home. I'd like to get her a cookbook geared toward that theme (weekend cooking, etc). Any suggestions?

If they like to BBQ and cook outdoors, I would suggest the Weber's Big Book of Grilling cookbook. I have never had a recipe failure from that book and they have beautiful pictures throughout. Makes you want to head out on the deck and start the BBQ up!

How about a brand name recipe cookbook? When we go to the lake, I just take stuff in boxes and cans. If they entertain a lot, a cocktail recipe book is fun.
