I would love to try the sausage recipe in April's mag but can't locate that darn chicken-apple sausage. I'm in NH but close enough to travel to Mass or Southern Maine - anyone know of a store that carries this?

We have BJ's in our area and I went there today. I picked up a package of Bilinski's Chicken sausage with Apples and Chardonnay.

I've seen them here in PA. You can try Costco - but you'll have to buy way more than you need. You can always call Gerhardt's and find out who they sell to.

I am not a big fan of sausage BUT you have to check out their website! Chicken Apple Sausage doesn't thrill me but the Basil, Pine Nuts does!
Thai Chicken Sausage w/Ginger,
Chicken Sausage w/Wild Mushrooms and Sun dried Tomatoes, Chicken Sausage w/Habanero Chili's & Tequila,
and Chicken Sausage Provençal w/Fresh Leek - need I go on? Obviously they don't sell Gerhardt's products in my area!
Guess I have to go online this afternoon with my credit card, AGAIN!
(I know why I didn't post what this BB costs me, I can't face it, I'd be put on probation!) http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif

Funnybone, where in PA did you see them? TIA

I live in Lancaster county and have seen Gerhard's at "Stauffers of Kissel Hill" and saw another brand at Costco. I wasn't even looking for them when I saw them. I haven't checked in Weis or Giant

Funnybone,
We don't have Costco, wish we did!! I wonder about Sam's Club. I never thought to even look at Weis or Giant, will have to try before I purchase over the internet. Thanks!!

Yummmm. The chicken sausage with habaneros is wonderful. Spicy, but not too spicy. Sam's Club in Hawaii sells them for a couple of cents cheaper than Costco. My DH isn't a big chicken sausage fan, but loves the habanero ones.
