Gail's Canoehouse tuna!

Gail, this was awesome!! I loved the veggies so much, that I'll be making just the veggies again often, to have over rice. They were delicious! And the tuna was fabulous too. DH loves our typical grilled tuna recipe, so he was skeptical about trying something different, but we both really enjoyed this recipe. If only it was cheap enough to have more often! (I paid $15/lb for the yellowfin tuna at our fish market, but it was well worth it!).

I agree - I served this for a dinner party Saturday and as our guests were helping with the dishes they said we could just put them back in the cabinet - they'd licked them clean! The only thing I did different was I followed the Grilled Tuna with Garlic and Oregano prep for the tuna (because we like that marinade so well). Then served the veggies and potatoes as the recipe stated. I think I'll add more wasabi to the potatoes next time though, we all agreed it could have been hotter for our tastes. Thanks Gail!!
