View Full Version : Freezing Hot Brie Kisses
I am using info from previous posts to make and freeze these ahead, one question about the freezing aspect is the recipe calls to lightly spray the tin, do I need to do this just to make them up and freeze them in the tin then pop out, and what about when I take the frozen ones out to bake, do I spray then or not at all? Thanks for any help! :)

When I froze mine, I left them in the muffin tin, sprayed the pan, froze them, then took them out and popped them in the oven. IMO, the puff pastry will stick to the muffin tin if you don't use spray, but maybe when it's frozen, it would pop right out, I've never tried it. I would spray before putting them back in the muffin tin to bake for sure.
