I just saw M Stewart take a bone out of a Smithfield ham and stuff it with grits and greens. It looked great!

I saw her show last night, now I want to go to her house for Easter dinner! That ham looked wonderful - I was going to do lamb, but now I'm doubting that choice...the biscuits look good, too.
