what to do with rasberry vinegar

For my birthday a friend gave me some rasberry vinegar and i am at a loss on what to use it with. any ideas would be wonderful

Matt, I love raspberry vinaigrette on a spinach salad. My cranberry sauce calls for a bit of raspberry vinegar as well. I love it. Sue

I'm actually searching for raspberry vinegar to use in a vinaigrette, and can't find any. Guess I'll have to look somewhere other than Kroger, Walmart, or Brookshire's.
