I am going to TJ's to pick up some Christmas Eve desserts and I need some suggestions....what are your favorites?

for Thanksgiving. I thought it tasted as good as any I've ever made from scratch.

And it's not really a dessert but I adore the dark chocolate covered pretzels.

We love the carrot cake (in the frozen section). We just tried the pecan pie and I didn't like the consistency of the filling.

The David Glass chocolate truffle cake is fantastic. I've tried the reduced fat version, and it's very good too. A little piece goes a long way (very rich).

I always enjoy the finger friendly chocolate covered almonds, raisins, soy beans, cherries... they seem to have everything!

I take their little cream puffs and put their whole cherry preserves over the top...yum!

I haven't tried it yet, but a friend just gave us a Panettone to us from TJ's. It's an Italian fruitcake thing, and it came in a cute box. It looks quite good, except with all the butter in it, it has 9 g saturated fat per serving (49% DV)!

First of all I need to tell you how jealous I am that you have a Trader Joe's. Then I'll tell you that my brother is a big fan of their Key Lime Pie! As we don't live near a Trader Joe's but do stock up when we visit MIL who is 3 hours away, I've really only bought nonperishable items there but after reading this thread, I think we might need to bring a cooler on our next visit. I love cheesecake!
