Very easy and really tasty. This took no time at all. The only problem for us was it was so little sauce. We would have liked to have a little more to drizzle over the rice we had with it. Besides the rice, I fixed an old recipe favorite, Snow Peas and Pineapple. Great dinner, and fast.

We gave this mixed reviews in our house. My DS and I liked it and my DD and DH didn't.
I doubled the sauce as Terry suggested and served it over thick Japanese noodles and french green beans for a complete meal.
Even thought it wasn't a thumbs up completely in my house I agree with the review of quick, easy, and tasty.

Terry,
Could you please post your snowpeas and pineapple recipe? If it's already on the boards, just let me know.
Thanks!

We just finished this. Yum. I used sherry instead of water and threw petit haricot into the sherry to cook. I served it on brown rice. Did I mention yum? and easy!
