Any experience with granite refacing?

Does anyone here have experience with granite refacing? (http://www.granitetransformations.com/home.html) As I understand it, a composite of granite and resin is applied directly over existing countertops. I'm looking for any first hand (or second hand) experience and impressions, since this is one option we are considering for our kitchen update.
