I'm a new mom and it's just now hitting me that I might just be looking at take-out for the next 18 years!!! :eek:
I don't have alot of experience with freezing my leftovers, but I want to start planning healthy meals that lend themselves to freezing. I'm ok on the soups (I do freeze those periodically) but if you have any Cooking Light recipes for freezable main dishes, would you mind sharing them here? And not to complicate things, but we try to keep Kosher and we don't eat pork, ham or shellfish, nor do I use cream in any meat dishes! :D Thanks!
