I'm thinking of making this to take to a cookout this weekend (I believe it is in the May issue of CL--with the greek burgers and feta aioli?)
Has anyone tried this? And if so, do you think it would be a crowd pleaser? (crowd will consist of almost all adults--and one picky child who won't eat anything anyway)
I seem to remember people liking this and had made a mental note to make it. TIA http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

Is it the salad with limas and green beans and bacon? If so, my 8 year old loved it.
The lemon bean bowl is simply [b] the best![b/] I have made this so many times, each time I change it a little bit but it always turns out un-bean-able! Ha, get it? Sorry that was bad http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

Thanks guys! I'll let you know how it turns out on Sunday. My mom has an aversion to lima beans, but I'm hoping she'll at least taste it to patronize her daughter! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif

Star, you crack me up! Seriously, I thought it was funny http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif
Okay, this one's worse. I made this joke to myself a couple weeks ago; how bad is that? How could anyone not like beets? Beats me! . Now, I believe that's what I might call lame!
