I just finished preparing the Eggplant Parm Lasagna (with Barilla no-cook noodles). My quesiton is, do you think it will be OK to keep it, uncooked, overnight in the fridge, then bake it tomorrow? We're having weekend guests and I don't know if we will be eating it Thurs. or Friday. Or should I just bake it now, and assume it will still be good on Friday? My assumption is that the overnight in the fridge won't do it any harm; may even soften up the pasta. What do you all think?
