View Full Version : Help! Meringue on Frozen Pie

I somehow failed to copy down the temperature that the meringue should be cooked at. I am making the "Frozen Raspberry Ribbon Pie" and it's in the freezer waiting to be taken out and meringued for a dinner party tomorrow nite.
It says that the meringue is to be cooked in the oven for 2 mins. and then the entire pie put back into the freezer for 1 hour. That seems like such a short baking time to me....what would you guess the temp of the oven shoud be. I cannot find the issue that this recipe came from
