you have to use the drop down menu to go all the way back in time when you are cleaning out your pm box.

also, use the drop down menu to go to the sent items and clear all of those out, too.

Cleared out again. I actually had gone "To the beginning" in my inbox, which was what the e-mail was saying was full, and I only had 4 or 5 messages total. But I did the sent box today as well. Thanks Val.

if the total number of messages in your inbox and sent items is 50, you pm box is full. even if you have 50 sent items and zero in your inbox, your pm box is deemed full.

at least, that is my understanding.

but whether that is correct or not, it is very important to clear out both sent items and inbox items.

When I read "50", I thought, you've GOT to be kidding, I only had 4 messages in each box. But then I realized that I had only hit the "since the beginning" button in my inbox, not in my sent box. When I hit "since the beginning" in my sent box, there they all were. NOW I'm really cleaned out! Thanks again.
