What is cream of coconut?

This refers back to the Cheesecake anyone??? thread. Woodsl posted a recipe for Almond Joy Cheesecake that caught my eye. I may just be having a senior moment, but I don't know what cream of coconut is. Can someone help me?

Cream of Coconut is canned sweetened coconut cream, which is used primarily for desserts and tropical drinks.

Thank you Sneezles. I thought it sounded somewhat familiar, but I just couldn't place where I would find it. Now I know exactly where to look in my grocery store.

My grocery store puts it in with the liquor so you may find it there if it is not with the dessert or juice area. We make great pina colada's with it!
