I just bought that book The Abs Diet. Has anyone tried it yet. Just curious. There were a few things I was confused about. Thanks
I am bumping this up as I was just reading about it on Amazon. Has anyone read it ?

I have it and read it. I like his philosophy it's very healthy and doesn't restrict any certain foods instead it encourages things- like spinach, whole grains, fruits, fish, low fat protein, etc.. (mimics the foods in the book Superfoods- which promotes the 14 best foods for your health and that fight certain cancers and diseases). I also like that he includes a lot of pictures of ab exercises in the back featuring both men and women- the book is definitely written to a man but I didn't find that to lessen what I liked about it. I'm not good at following a strict regime of a diet but instead read them for ideas to incorporate in to what I do already. I did that with South Beach but never did the "phases" that I think are very restrictive. I think the best thing about the Abs Diet is that he writes in a "cheat day" where you eat one meal of whatever you want just once during the week- this to me is very sane:D
