Wow, that's quite a deal! Thanks for the link. I've been wanting to get some new muffin tins and now's my chance.

I've never heard of/seen silicone sheet pans before. Does anyone know if the pans are just lined with the silicone, or is the entire pan silicone? I know how flexible the silicone bundt and cake pans are, and it seems like having an entire sheet pan made out of silicone would be really difficult to get in and out of the oven.

Just took a quick look at them--it says to put them on a regular sheet pan--sort of like the silpat sheets, I'd think, except these seem to have a rim--the only sizes available are the 11 x17.

Of course, it's the items I want - the muffin pans and loaf pans - that are on backorder. They won't even let you put backordered items in your shopping cart! Highly annoying. :mad:

The 11x17 in green is available, as is the fluted tube pan, the rose pans and one other (forgot which one, but it was standard). If you want one of the backordered items, keep checking back though -- they restock fairly quickly.

Just bumping this back up in case anyone missed it the first time around. I got an email from Kitchen Collection yesterday that the silicone muffin pans are back in stock, so I got two of those and two silicone loaf pans, for $5.99 each. They're also still accepting the discount code for an additional $5 off when you spend $30 (which I had no problem doing).
