ISO-Coconut Chocolate Pudding Cake

I have a real fondness for pudding cakes. They are so easy to put together and so yummy too. I've got recipes for several chocolate ones, mocha, and fruit too. The last time I had a chocolate one, I thought about trying to come up with a chocolate coconut recipe. Before I go to the work of trying to build my own recipe, I thought I would ask the BB if anyone already has a recipe? Thanks.

I'm sorry I can't help you with a recipe, but I was wondering if you'd offer up any of the pudding cake recipes you mentioned...I love cakes and am always looking for new recipes to wow the crowd!

Holy guacamole, Emilycat, great link! Thanks so much! And best of luck to you in the marathon. I run 6 days/week, but am not a race runner (get too nervous! Well, that, plus the fact I'm not any good!) Can't wait to hear how it goes.
