Just finished 50 minutes of interval walking on the treadmill! (My intervals are getting longer and/or faster little by little).
What did you do? Post it after you do it!
Let's get going everyone! :)

"Active Rest" today, so I did my Cardio Pilates tape very early this morning. Done! Phew.
I am so sore and stiff! Can anybody recommend a really good stretching or flexibility video? Not yoga -- something like dynamic stretching?
50 minutes of intervals! That's impressive!

3.5 miles on the treadmill. And it looks like I'll be inside this weekend, too--we're going from 60 and raining to 10 and, well, freakin FREEZING!

Step aerobics!
Only the 2nd workout this week and tomorrow is out. Guess I will have to do something at home Saturday.

Hey! At least you DID get two workouts in! Hang in there and shoot for Saturday.
I really like step aerobics when I can find an exercise show that is doing it.

Just finished 25 minutes on the Nordic Track. If the weather holds, I'll also go for a walk with DH this afternoon.

Tracy, I was going to say you must be in Chicago, too! Thunderstorms last night and close to zero tonight. Crazy.
Anyway, I just came back from a kickboxing class at the gym.

Yep! Chicago! This is the time of year when I wonder what the heck I'm doing, still living here.
Terri--do you teach spin out in the burbs, or are you downtown?

Tracy,
I teach at the fitness center at Loyola University Medical Center, in Maywood. (Voted "Reader's Choice for best health club" according to the Trib :) ). My full time job is at the medical center, so this Spin thing is just a happy sideline.

Enjoying the unusually warm weather and headed out for a 5 mile jog. Then ran around the playground with my daughter for a couple of hours. I planned on doing Bowflex tonight, but all of this fresh air has worn me out!

Oh, (((JeAnne!))) Argh! Hope the endo actually comes up with something. I gained an only partly explicable amount of flubber last year, and everything I know about so far has tested perfectly normally. So I can only conclude that I was a bigger piggie than I thought and there is NO miracle cure for me!

Thanks k ..This is just an endless struggle. I've already been diagnosed with PCOS, but my doc is just so not informed and so not supportive. On one visit she recommended slim fast in addition to the metformin and on another visit she recommended lap band surgery. She is convinced that it's food that I'm doing wrong. I finally decided to try to find another doctor who actually believes me  Ugh.

Jeanne,
That is the pits. I gained about 6 lbs last month, but mine was pure hoggishness. Hope you get a good answer. (I have lost 2 of mine so far, but the other 4 are sticking). :(

I'm up 8 pounds from the holiday crunch - down two so far so only 6 plus the other 55 to go. I'll tell you though, throwing out my "fat" clothes was the best thing I've ever done. I'm too cheap to by them again, so I'm forced to eat better and exercise.

JeAnne, that stinks! Just wanted to lend a little support...do you have a new doc yet? I know it can be so frustrating, and even more so if your doctor isn't supportive or informed about what's going on. Good luck.
I did some upper body weight work last night.

Late posting again---I went to a sculpt class last night. The teacher really worked us so that's great. My gluts are sore today :).
Not sure what today holds...

JeAnne,
I think finding another doctor is really a good idea. Good luck with all of it. We are rooting for you!
