Grr, typed a whole review and then my internet froze...

Okay, I have been digging up old recipes to try while waiting for my J/F CL, and I found this one last week in the Archives.
A fast and simple pork chop recipe that I would definetly repeat if there weren't so many others to try. I followed the recipe exactly, but the next time, if there is one, I might add a little cayenne just to jazz it up a bit. Here is the recipe and some old reviews.
Honey and Spice--Glazed Pork Chops

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Cooking spray
4 boneless center-cut loin pork chops (4
ounces, each; about 1/2 inch thick)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Thanks for the review -- was planning on making this tonight. It wasn't good enough to make this a "repeater" in your house?

Oh, it is good. And easy, so easy. Half an hour from walking in the door to dinner on the table.
I would repeat it, but I rarely repeat a recipe and I have a list of about 20 other pork chop recipes to try. Once I exhaust those, I may come back to it. The only thing I didn't love about it was the level of spice. I like hot stuff, so I might add cayenne next time.

This one is a favorite in our house. We actually had it for dinner last night. It was yummy! I don't like my food too spicy, so the honey-spice glaze is perfect for me.
