Any supper clubs in the Boston area?

I just moved to the Boston area and was wondering if a supper club was already in existence? If not, maybe we could start one! Let me know!

I have gotten a couple of emails ...one from a person who said that there was a small group around this side of Boston that met last year and would like to start up again. If we get rolling, we could have 6 or 7 people involved. I'm all for it!

I'm interested as well. I know in an earlier thread there was other women north of Boston interested as well. I know there is a woman in wakefield and a woman in Tewksbury and possibly a woman in melrose. Maybe we can make it work this time. Looking forward to giving it a try.

Well, let's see what we can get going!! When can everyone get together for drinks and a meet & greet? If we could do it in Waltham or really close that would be great since I am so new to this area. I haven't ventured very far away from home and work yet!

I can do any week with the exception of the week of the 6th. I'll be on vacation. Best day of the week for me is either Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. Once we have a date nailed down, maybe we can try Burlington - not too far from Waltham, maybe we can meet at one of the restaurants off 128.

Feb 15 looks like the night we get to make new friends! We can meet here in Waltham or somewhere in Burlington. I am not familiar with the Burlington area. I have made it to Moody St here finally!

Anyone who is interested is welcome to come on the 15th and any time after that! The response has been great! I am very excited! I think we have a pretty varied group and this should be a lot of fun.
We have one suggestion on the table as to where we should meet...any others? Let's decide by Sunday, midday, so that plans can be made.

6 of us met in Waltham last night and had a really good time! We decided to meet again on March 10, 730pm here in Waltham at my house. We are doing appetizers/finger foods. Please email me directly if you will be coming for address and directions. (I don't want to put that out here on the board.)

Just wanted to post my choices for our first Supper Club at my house! I am making Wild Mushroom-Artichoke Dip and Chocolate Eclair Icebox Dessert. Both are Cooking Light recipes.
