Help with Low Cholesterol Desserts

I have a friend whose trigliceride level is 800....I am having a group meeting at my home on April 17th. Any suggestions for a recipe??? She is sick of fruit...I would love to surprise her! Thanks, in advance

Wouldnt pudding be low cholesterol? I make a triffle with broken angel food cake pieces, instant pudding with a touch more milk than normal, poured immediately over top, then srawberies, bananas and blueberries layerd on top. Top it with non dairy topping and I dont think there is any cholesterol. You could even use soy milk, altho I think skim would be ok
