All right! you got on the move! What did you do? Post here after you've done it.
Me, Cardio Pilates video this morning; planning another cardio session this afternoon. I might go running if I feel very brave and it stays non-windy. It's frightfully cold here in the Deep-frozen North!
No weights today. My legs are still moaning about yesterday's squats.

Katharine, Terri and Tracy, Good job! I did 45 minutes on the stepper + light weights this morning.
I also bumped up a thread on the Great Food board with a pancake recipe that is perfect for this cold weather! :D (Hey, it's a healthy one....and we DID do our exercise today, right? ;))
I'm OOT for the next two days, but I'll see you all Friday! Keep up the good work.....

I'm on week 6 of the couch-to-5k program. I was out for 30 minutes today, with 20 minutes of running nonstop, which is quite a bit for me, considering that I haven't done that for a while.
