Years ago in San Francisco, I purchased an electric Vittoriano tortilla cooker, it looked like a flat waffle iron with non-stick plates. You could make the tortilla dough, put a ball on one plate, press it and cook it. The non-stick wore out and I got rid of the machine. The company that made it went out of business - legal problems with Walt Disney over Mickey Mouse shaped waffle irons or something.

Anyway I'd love another and I believe Salton makes something called a Wrap Master which I cannot get here in Canada. Does anyone in Buffalo know of a store that sells these. If you do, how much are they and please provide directions to the store. Thanks!

Julia-
I did a little checking for you... Salton does have a website: http://www.salton-maxim.com and I called their toll free #. I was told they sell such products mostly in "major department stores" such as WalMart, Target, K-Mart and possibly stores like JCPenney. Sorry I don't have any specifics for you, but if you do go to Buffalo/Niagara Falls, these stores abound, so you're sure to find one somewhere! If you still need directions to one store in particular, let me know. I'm from Williamsville/Amherst where it seems there is nothing but places to shop!
