Thought I better get some exercise in today since we have overnight company tonight and family stuff tomorrow, and I work a 12 hour shift again Monday.

Today I did about 15 minutes of yoga, then 40 minutes of stepper and light weights.

What did you do? Post it here, and we will all be proud of you, too! :)

I ran 5 miles this morning. I hope to do some weights later in the day.

I've had to institute weekend behavior modification on myself. I kept blowing off weekend exercise, so my new plan is "no exercise..no shower"! I can't shower unless I exercise first. It worked today..I ran 4 miles on the treadmill. :)

So pleased to be able to join in now that I'm keeping my New Year's resolution. ;-)

I walked 40 mins on my treadmill this morning, then did some stretching, crunches and push-ups. I love being able to get my workout in first thing in the morning.

We went for a 40-minute hike through the snow. It is such a gorgeous day to be outdoors! I'm contemplating running later, and also am going to do some abs. In fact, I'll do the abs right now.

Checking in to say that after my hike I did do my abs as I said I would ;) and then ran about 75 minutes yesterday.

A couple of you had mentioned that you'd had less-than-stellar weeks last week (not necessarily exercise-wise - just life-wise). I'm sorry to hear that and hope you're doing better now. My past week wasn't great either. Let's hope the upcoming week is better for us all! :)
