Green Theme

Our supper club would like to do a Green Theme for March - and ideas for recipes would be greatly appreciated.

I'm thinking you could go crazy with a pesto over chicken and pasta or shrimp and pasta (either cilantro or other greens would still be in season, I think), grilled asparagus, green peas, spinach soup, and maybe sugar cookies with green-tinted icing (light, of course). I have no recipes per se, but I seem to remember an issue of CL with lotsa pea recipes in it. Probably a march/april. Or stir-fry with snow peas. There's always guacamole, which to me is like a drink. Speaking of drinks, how about green tea? Or perrier (green bottle? A stretch, I know)?

Just off the top of my head. What a fun theme.
