55 minutes of cardio show/stepper/weights. (I was jumping around a lot today, but I sure did break a sweat!!!):D

Trying to make up a little for the over-indulgences of yesterday (which were quite tasty).

What did you do today? Post it when you finish!

I went to 6am Spin, and plan to go to Stacked and Pumped at noon.

Step aerobics this morning! I really didn't want to get up this morning but I indulged in a few treats this weekend, too. So....up and at it!!

I was road-tripping last weekend, so ate out alot. Not good!
