Recipes with Chicken Apple Sausage?

I was so excited today when I found Gerhard's sausages at my grocery store for the first time. I bought some of the chicken apple sausage, but now I am wondering what to do with it. I saw the sausage and cabbage recipe in the April issue, but I am not a big cabbage fan. Does anybody have any other good ideas?

There is a really easy, and delicious recipe in the May 99 issue for a potato salad with chicken sausage. Let me know if you're interested, and I'll post it for you.

The potato salad sounds good, and I might make that, but I was thinking of more of a main dish recipe. Come to think of it though, the potato salad with the sausage is probably hearty enough to eat alone. Maybe I'll have to get out my CL annual recipes.

There was a whole article a while back on using these sausages (they used different flavours, but I think they're sort of interchangable, depending)...I think it was in December 1999? If you can't find it let me know. I've made the pizza and the sausage-kraut pasta from that article and they were both good.

I don't have that issue, but I have the annual recipes books so I will look for the recipes in there.
