View Full Version : Mini Phyllo Cups
I just bought some mini-phyllo cups, and am interested in ideas for their use. (I did see a good thread about this, but it said the page wasn't available to view, even in the archives, so I truly appreciate any input).
I'll be serving these at a small bday party on Saturday....doesn't matter if the recipe is served hot or cold.
Thanks in advance!

I've used them in the past and filled them with an herbed cream cheese which I put into a pastry bag and with a rosette tip on it. You can then garnish with a cherry tomato slice and a green onion curl.

I served them at a party filled with yummy sauteed mushrooms. Delicious! Based on a Martha Stewart recipe...they went over really well.

I love these little things!
I've filled them with chocolate cream pie filling and topped w/whipped cream.
I've filled them with spinach/feta and mushroom mix (no real recipe)
* miniature quiches
* crab stuffing
* a blend of ricotta cheese/hazelnuts/melted white chocolate and top with a fresh raspberry
The possibilities are endless, have fun!
